Flora’s Bridal offers a full refund should you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After said time you may return your merchandise for a 50% merchandise refund.
To return your merchandise…
- Return your merchandise via UPS, USPS, FedEx or a carrier of your choice to 768 W Lumsden Rd. Brandon, FL 33511 within 15 days of receiving it. Any returns outside of the 15-day shipping window will not be honored.
- Returns must be in their original condition and in original packaging with tags attached. Returns with wear, stains, missing tags or packaging will not be refunded. A copy of your order must be included in the return (included in your original packaging).
- Mail the merchandise using your preferred shipping method. When we receive it, we will send you an email with further information.
What if I need to cancel my order before I receive it?
After you place your order you will have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. After the order is placed by us to the designer, the designer does not allow it to be canceled. As a service to our customers, if you do need to cancel your order after it is shipped to you, we offer a 50% refund, less any restocking fees.
Who’s responsible for return shipping?
Online merchandise must be returned via mail. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Flora’s Bridal. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
How do I handle defective merchandise?
If you feel your merchandise is defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving it for a return authorization. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags attached. Once received, our customer service representative will inspect the merchandise for defects and, if applicable, Flora's will contact the designer to repair or replace it. If we find that the merchandise is not defective or has been misused, it will be shipped back to you. Flora's will incur shipping charges on defective merchandise. Flora's will not incur shipping charges on merchandise that is not found defective or misused.
Shipping & Handling
Once your order is approved, it will go into production. The production time varies depending on the product and designer. It can take 4 to 6 months for Christina Wu, Beloved and Davinci wedding gowns. You will be emailed with an approximate ship date before your order is placed with the designer. Once we send you an approximate ship date email, you will have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund .
Christina Wu Bridesmaid gowns are made to order and may take up to 14 weeks. Rush options are available. You will need to call the shop 813-684-0644 to order with rush delivery.
Formal-wear collections such as LaDivine and Lucci Lu will ship within 2 business days if the merchandise is in stock. If the merchandise is out of stock there may be a 10 week delay. We will email you a ship date confirmation to let you know when you may expect the gown. You will have 24 hours after receiving said email to cancel.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, we are unable to change your delivery address. Flora’s Bridal is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Flora’s Bridal. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
In-Stock Dress Orders: Readily available, in house gowns, are limited and will ship out within 48 business hours of your ship date email. Such gowns will take 2-6 business days for delivery. You will be notified of your anticipated ship date via email within 24 hours of your purchase. Once the gown has shipped, you may return the gown for a 50% refund provided you meet the return requirements provided in our returns policy.
